These applications provide immersive training in controlled environments, for educational and professional training purposes.
3. Access through licenses
Access is granted through a paid license, valid for a limited time, managed by Soukai or FPestudio SRL (FourPlayers VR). Use is restricted to those who have received a valid key/pin.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the application exclusively for personal or professional training purposes. Copying, distributing, or modifying the application is prohibited.
5. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the correct use of the app and for protecting their access. Simulations are validated and designed for real practical training with certified professionals.
6. Limitation of liability
Neither Soukai nor FPestudio SRL (FourPlayers VR) shall be liable for damages arising from misuse or misinterpretation of the training content.
7. Suspension or termination of service
We may suspend access if improper use or violation of these terms is detected.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before ordinary courts in Buenos Aires (CABA).
